Note:
-
Only TRAVEL COST and monthly SUBSISTENCE allowances
are to be paid directly to the students/ researchers/ teaching staff
participating in the mobility flow.

The grant ONLY covers months of academic activity (based on the calendar of the coordinating university).

The FULL INSURANCE COVERAGE is to be awarded to each university as contractors of the insurance contracts.

The amount granted to cover the FEES will be transferred to each
university. For Target Group 1, no fees will have to be paid if their
stay lasts less than 9 months.

The costs related to obtain VISA are to be covered by the grant awarded to each student/ member of academic staff.
